Anne Williams is our Sales and Sports Assistant, and reports to the Director of Sales and the VP of Sports Marketing.
She assists the Sales Department and the Sports Department by performing a wide range of duties required to support the operations of those departments. These duties include: compiling and maintaining a data base of accommodations and tourism partners, sports contacts and associates, and providing convention and group service assistance for all sales related to conventions and meetings, conferences, trade shows, and groups related to the sports markets meeting in Panama City Beach. Williams also prepares group service materials, to include sales and sports groups, and provides assistance with daily correspondence, reports and filing.
