Item 1: Grouper Portuguese-filet of grouper broiled in olive oil with tomatoes, peppers, onions and baked with parmesan over rice
Item 2: Jamaican Shrimp - fresh Gulf shrimp sauteed with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and heavy jerk seasoning. Served over rice. This one is spicy so please specify hot or mild.
Item 3: Blackened Tuna with Bearnaise - yellowfin tuna steak lightly blackened and topped with a shrimp bearnaise served over rice.
Item 4: Hammertime Rob's favorite - grilled chicken breast marinated in honey mustard, topped with bacon and jack cheese served on a hoagie roll.
