The Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar proudly serves the "finest ice cream on the Gulf Coast." 

We feature over 40 flavors of ice cream, which include:  vanilla, chocolate, chocolate hurricane (dark chocolate with a chocolate ribbon and dark chocolate flakes), pralines & cream, cake batter, strawberry, chocolate peanut butter, snickers, black walnut, coffee, mint chip, butter pecan, banana, cookie dough, cookie monster, blackberry, cherry carribean, brownie batter, circus (cotton candy with gummy bears), and many others, as well as italian ice.

Come in and enjoy one of our delicious and energizing Mindsweeper espresso drinks, which includes a shot (or two or three...whatever you choose) of espresso, blended with coffee ice cream and milk and top that with whipped cream.  Add chocolate or caramel syrup if you like. We also feature decadent premium sundaes.....come try a  "Madison's Chocolate Madness", if you like chocolate this is for you.  We start out with a brownie and top that with three scoops of chocolate hurricane ice cream, followed with hot fudge, whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.  If you like cookies, try our Dylan's Cookie Monster Delight", which is three scoops of cookie monster ice cream, hot fudge, chocolate chips and cookie pieces, topped with whipped cream....Yummm.  We have the best sundaes and these are just a couple of our favorites. 

We also feature waffle cones made fresh daily, old fashioned malts, milkshakes and quart size ice cream to go, pick your favorite flavor, we'll package it up and off to the beach you go.
