As host of the PGA Tour Qualifying School, Hombre has earned a reputation for intimidation. The Wes Burnham designed course offers 27 championship holes, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The course features water on 21 of the 27 holes, and is meticulously manicured to PGA standards throughout the year. Both scenic and challenging, Hombre is nestled amidst wetlands, marshes, lakes and preserves, and is beautifully framed with a stunning assortment of palms, pines and azaleas. Golfers can browse Hombre’s pro shop and relax at the Siesta Bar & Grill- home to the "Best Burger on the Beach." The extensive practice facility includes a driving range, putting green, and chipping green with sand bunker- all to PGA specifications and there is GPS technology on every cart. The Academy at Hombre Golf Club, instructed by Adam Brack, offers instruction by the hour as well as half-day, two-, three- and five-day schools for every skill level. The Academy is equipped with an indoor learning center complete with state of the art video analysis. Youth camps and corporate programs are also available.
