Named “The Place to See and Be Seen,”  Boatyard manages to stay casual and easy-going like all great beach spots, but it does it with style. Boatyard is a big place, but there’s not a bad seat in the house. The views are spectacular, and it’s easy to find yourself spending several hours at the bar watching the colorful parade of boats cruising Grand Lagoon.

There are a lot of tourists at the beach in the summer, but Boatyard is a bit off the beaten path, and not easy to find, so there’s a good mix of locals in the crowd; the fun starts early at Boaytard’s waterfront “Monkey Bar” downstairs as the local after-work gang gathers to swap stories and unwind.

By the time the main dinner crowd starts to arrive, the place is humming with energy and anticipation of a great night out. The food is adventurous and downright delicious – Chef & Managing Partner, Konrad Jochum, is a downright celebrity in this neck of the woods. He knows how to WOW even the toughest skeptic, and keeps the local regulars happy with a never-ending stream of new dishes and fresh cocktail specials.

Excellent wine list, huge selection of handcrafted beers, sake and ales as well as a true cocktail menu made with fresh squeezed juices and top shelf liquors.

Sundays  – It’s Tapas & Sangria time! Great little dishes full of flavor served with homemade Sangria, or your choice of lovely libations and great live music - every Sunday, 11am-til

Thursday-Sunday – Sushi with Chef Dan Pettis. Try the Millionaire Roll: Maine Lobster, Filet Mignon and Caviar!
