Gorgeous beach home with spectacular unobstructed 200 foot view of Beach and Gulf from 3rd floor living area. Located within 700 feet of the entrance to Pier Park, about 2 minutes walking time.

This beautiful cottage has an unobstructed view of 200 feet of undeveloped beachfront.  Watch the dolphins play or see people wind surfing, parasailing or just enjoying the beach.  The doggie beach is only a couple of hundred feet away located next to the new pier.  We are pet friendly subject to prior approval. 

The home has bamboo floors and a great beach themed decor.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the living/dining/kitchen area on the 3rd floor has a half bath.  It sleeps 8 with a king bed, queen bed, a twin with an additional twin trundle and a queen hide a bed in the living room.

Pier Park is a very short walk from the front door.  In fact you can see Margaritaville from the upstairs porch.  If you haven't been to Pier Park, you are in for a treat.  There are about 18 restaurants, shopping, entertainment, a 16 screen movie theatre and kiddie amusement park.  It is THE destination now in Panama City Beach.

Aaron Bessant Park is just behind the cottage and it has an amphitheatre that hosts a number of concerts, festivals and events throughout the year.  It also has walking/jogging/biking trails that run back into a wooded area and all of this is just a short walk from the cottage.

The home has a garage that can fit 2 small cars or one larger car and has a keypad entry so you do not have to carry a key to the cottage.  Once you are in you can set your own code and come and go until your check out time.  Forget about waiting for the condo elevators.  Come stay with us and have your own home for vacation and come and go as you please.  Visit our website on VRBO and read the reviews.  You will love staying here.
