The condo is centrally located on PCBch less than a mile from Pier Park's walking trails, free summer concerts, Grand Movie Theater, and many nice stores and restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Olive Garden. Publix and Super Target are minutes away. Funland arcade is across the street. The condo is also close to golf, including the 27 hole Hombre Championship Golf Course, beach shops, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Rock It Lanes (bowling/roller skating/arcade/billiards), and a variety of water activities. We are local owners and this is our only rental property, so be assured that you will be taken care of personally.

Fall:  Aug 28 - Oct 31...$595/wk, $99/night, 3 night minimum,  contact owner for MONTHLY rates, multiple week and multiple month discounts.

Late Fall:  Nov 1 - 30...$495/wk, $89/wk 3 night minimum

Winter:  Dec 1, '10 through Feb 28, '11...$1,050/mo 

Notes: Please add $75 cleaning fee plus 12% tax
