Our two bedroom two bath condominium overlooks scenic Grand Lagoon and is just across the street from the beach. The two-story unit features a balcony with a panoramic view of the lagoon, pond, docks and pool. Enjoy free use of our boat dock with direct access to the gulf.

Our two bedroom two bath condominium overlooks scenic Grand Lagoon  and is just across the street from what many call "the world's most beautiful beaches".. The two-story unit  features a balcony with a panoramic view of the lagoon, pond, boat docks and pool. 

   Enjoy the  use of our boat dock during your stay. The docks have a fish cleaning table and wash down station and power receptacles. Boat and trailer parking with wash down area provided. Boat ramps are near by. Go fishing in the Gulf or explore the pristine beaches of Shell Island.  It’s just a short boat ride down Grand Lagoon. St. Thomas Square is the only property in the area that offers boat docks on the Lagoon and is still just steps from the beach, restaurants and activities.

   The beautifully landscaped pool area is steps from your door and has a area with covered tables and charcoal grills. There is a sauna and  shuffleboard court also. Lighted tennis courts are in front of the building.

   Guadalajara Mexican restaurant and panama City Beach Winery are located within the complex. Hammerhead Fred's Seafood and Mellow Mushroom are just across the street. Wendy’s, Subway and a convenience store are steps away.

   For the kids, Emerald Falls Amusement Park has go-karts, goofy golf, bumper boats and more it is next door with no streets to cross. Your condo balcony has a direct view of the pool and docks so you can easily watch as they swim, fish or set a crab trap from the dock!
. The unit features a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds plus a sofa upstairs in the loft bedroom, two more twin beds in a very large closet upstairs (kids love it) and a sofa bed in the living room. There are three televisions and a two DVD players. There are two full bathrooms- one on each floor. A fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare any meal. All linens and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer are in the unit. For your convenience we provide the initial set up of soap and paper products. Parking is directly in front of the unit
