Two bedroom (one is a large loft), two bath condominium overlooking the Grand Lagoon is just a short walk to the beach. The two-story condo features a balcony with relaxing views of the water and wildlife. Parking is conveniently located in front of the unit. St. Thomas Square is one of the few communities in this area with a dock. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, sauna, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Arcades, rides, restaurants and night clubs are within walking distance. The unit features a queen bed, two full-size beds, a queen-sized sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, 3 televisions, DVD/VCR player, all linen's and towel's, and a full-size washer and dryer. High-speed internet, including wireless access, is available in the unit. Additional fees are: 11% tax, $90 move-out cleaning fee, $10 parking pass per vehicle (up to two) and $25 boat registration.
