This unit is located on the 9th floor and 1147 sq. ft. Just think..having breakfast or lunch on the spacious balcony that measures 28 ft x 10 ft where you are not too high up or not too low down.. The Perfect View!!  Take the elevator one floor down to the Sauna or Exercise room which overlooks the gulf as you're getting into shape.  Take a dip in our indoor/outdoor pool or immerse yourself into the spacious hot tub that overlooks the gulf.  There is also a steam room located in the same area as the pool.  Everything you desire!!

You are only minutes from the exciting and new Pier Park.  Pier Park is the area's premier dining, shopping and entertainment lifestyle center. numerous restaurants for your dining experience.  If you have visited here from years back you may remember the Famous Miracle Strip Park.  Years later Pier Park decided to bring back those memories by restoring the rides from Miracle Strip that once was and they are now located at Pier Park for you and your family's enjoyment. Well known retailers,beautifully landscaped with walking paths..a park with stage for summer concerts and festivals and The Grand Theatre which offers 16 movie theatres.  The buildings at Pier Park are so colorful and tropical throughout...the perfect place for that Kodak moment!! 

If you love country music, we have the famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge which first originated in Nashville and where most of the country artists got discovered and just hung out.  The original Tootsie's is located in Nashville right behind the "The Grand Ole Opry".  What history!! This area includes a 1500 foot pier to stroll, fish or just take in the beautiful sunsets.  During holidays such as 4th of July and Memorial Day..etc.. fireworks are displayed from this pier which is a most picturesque sight.
