"Breezy Nights" is a brand new beachfront home currently in development with Holiday Beach Development and will be ready for guests June of 2022. "Breezy Nights" is located on the East end of Panama City Beach, just minutes from several local attractions and endless dining options. This home will feature 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This home also has an elevator that goes to all 4 floors.
Upon entering the home you will find the elevator on your right that goes to all 4 floors, a full bathroom and straight ahead you can head on out to the private beachfront pool and private deck area. Also on this floor is the first washer and dryer set.
Going up to the second floor is the main living, dining, and kitchen area. From the living room you will find a furnished walkout balcony offering perfect views of the gulf. Down the hall you will find the first bedroom with a queen over king bunk bed with private en-suite.
Going up to the third floor are three additional bedrooms. The first room is a queen over king bunk bed with private en-suite. The second bedroom is a king room with private en-suite. The third room is the king master suite with private en-suite and private walkout balcony. This will be the room in the house everyone will want to stay in! Also on this floor is the second washer/dryer set.
Going up to the fourth floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with private attached en-suite. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds and private en-suite. There is also a recreation room on the top floor with wet bar and walkout balcony.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
We recommend adding our 24/7 personal concierge service to help with things like airport pickup, pre-stocking groceries, daily store runs, booking activities such as beach bonfires/daily beach chair service, in-home chef services or meal delivery & just about anything else you may need while staying with us, the list is endless!
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren’t talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you’re going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! "Breezy Nights" has direct beach access with a private walkway shared with one of our other houses, "Pineapple Paradise", right next door!
