"Oyster Paradise” – unique name; amazing vacation spot!
This brand-new beach house was just completed in March 2022 and is perfectly situated near PCB’s sought-after Pier Park area. Featuring 6 bedrooms, a beachfront pool deck, and birds-eye views from every angle – your vacation expectations will be surpassed! Oyster Paradise neighbors another of our privately owned beach homes so all your guests (up to 20) can rest easy knowing that your neighbors are just as respectful of their surroundings as you.
Just inside from the pool deck on the first floor is a seating area with large tv and wet bar. It's a perfect little place for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area. The sliding glass door opens to an 8x12 private pool and has surrounding lounge chairs, dining area, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal). A uniquely built queen over queen bunk room also resides on the first floor, complete with a full-sized bathroom.
On the second floor is the main living/dining/kitchen area. You can see the entire coastline from every window/glass door on this level with the open-concept Feng shui. There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware, and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar. There are two bedrooms located right off the kitchen, the bunk room has a multi bunk room (queen over queen and twin over twin set) with a shared bathroom while the king suite has its own en-suite.
The two beachside suites on the top floor each have king beds, en-suites and sliding glass doors that open to a shared balcony overlooking the waves. An additional multi-bunk suite is situated on the streetside and accommodates up to 4 guests. For added convenience, there is a full sized laundry room down the main hallway as well.
