“Wine Down” is one of our newest beachfront vacation homes currently under construction along with 2 other homes right next door. These homes are scheduled to be completed November of 2022. “Wine Down” is located on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. This home will have 7 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. This home will include a private outdoor pool, 2 poolside bar areas, fully-equipped kitchen, and 2 recreation rooms.
