A wonderful beach condo experience

Kudos to Mateen and Vacations 365. My family had an amazing vacation. The condo - unit 1220 - was perfect for us. With 2 teenage boys we had plenty of separation. At Shores of Panama we were close to many attractions and Pineapple Willy's is just next door. We'll be back.

October, 2021 vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Shores of Panama. The condo was really clean and met most of our needs while there. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio most mornings. It was a brief walk to the beach and the location is close to a lot of wonderful restaurants in the area. The owner was so easy to work with and gave us great instructions ahead of our visit. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a relaxing and pleasant “get away”.

Awesome all the way around

My 3rd stay with Vacation 365 unit 2129 at the shores of Panama and already have reservations for another. Each year I invite family to visit me during my week.. each time they end up making it there go to get away as well. Owners are great and easy to work with. Unit has everything and is always clean. Shores of Panama .. well the pictures don’t do it justice. What a view from the balcony!

Percect Vacation Condo

This condo was just perfect for our family! The view was amazing and it was in close proximity to all attractions. Beach access was a breeze from the pool area. Mateen the owner was exceptionally helpful since this was our first visit to PCB. Our family had a great time and cant wait to go back again!

Amazing condo on the beach

This condo located at the Shores of Panama is exactly what you need for a stress free vacation. Mateen is the best host we have ever had and provides anything you need including recommendations of restaurants; Pineapple Willy's is right next door; and the location is convenient to Walmart if you choose to cook for yourselves. The unit was very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with items to prepare almost any meal you can imagine. The pools, both indoor and outdoor are great, but the easy access to the beach and gulf with rental chairs already provided was a huge bonus! We plan to return to one of his larger units so we can bring our adult kids next time!

Review

The condo was great, but I would suggest having more towels for guests. We didn’t have enough to all shower. Also, the balcony door did not lock. It appeared to lock, but then opened. We would definitely stay here again though!

Much needed quality time together in a beautiful setting!

In the past we had stayed in locations near Pier Park. But we found this location much more suited to rest and relaxation. There was a lot less traffic but you still had easy access to anywhere you might want to go and could walk next door to Pineapple Willy's. We checked in on a Monday and left on a Tuesday, 8 nights and 7 days. We found that this was less hectic than checking in and out on a weekend. This condo offers a beautiful view from the Penthouse level of the pool, hot tub, the beach and the ocean. All the amenities are great and Mateen is a delight to work with. We highly recommend Vacations 365!

It was so nice

The bedrooms was clean and big had 2.5 bathrooms. It was nice having a fully functional kitchen. The pool and beach was great. I hope I get to do it again next year.

Pleasant stay, gorgeous view

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 2129. The unit was clean, spacious and homey. The beds were super comfortable and the living room area was cozy. The unit had a wrap around balcony with a view breathtaking that you can also see from the living room. Mateen was also very communicative and made himself available via text/phone for whatever we needed. The unit itself was great, however, the only downfall was the parking garage and elevators. It got chaotic and overwhelming at times. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Shores Of Panama 2316

We recently stayed in the Shores Of Panama unit 2316. The unit was very large and had a great view of the Gulf and pool. Mateen was a great host. He provided us with great recommendations of some local eateries, especially Juan Taco. He was a gracious host who assisted us in any way needed.

Wonderful condo with a view of the beautiful pool and the beach!!

Condo was larger than we expected, clean and had everything we needed. Great location-restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Gorgeous view of both the pool and the beach. Mateen, the owner, was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and things to do while we were there. We had a problem with the TV and it was replaced that same day, thanks Mateen! We will definitely be back!!

AMAZING RENTAL

We arrived on 5/29/21 to the unit located at Shores of Panama. This unit is centrally located with OUTSTANDING views! Walk to eat, get groceries, or go shopping. From the beginning of renting this condo to arrival; the owner, Mateen, has been amazing. He even offered suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We communicated via text, phone call, and email. I felt 100% safe booking with Mateen.Check-in was easy. Did not even have to go to the front desk. Received an email with all the information. We went straight to our condo on arrival. NO keys to worry about, simply use a code that was provided. Which can be changed to whatever you choose.We will be back!

Great time!!

We had a great time in condo 2316! The view was amazing from the top floor & the condo was clean. Our son loved the bunk beds. The one thing I wish we would’ve been able to do was lock the balcony door. Other than that, it was perfect for my family of 3! I will definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for everything!

The Perfect Getaway

My family and I are from Missouri and sometimes you just need to get away from it all. With so much of our lives after we live, how we work, how we play...we just needed a moment to escape the realities and enjoy the view. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this unit. The location is so close to such great activities like dining, mini-golf and most importantly, the beach. There’s just something about having that perfect view for both morning coffee on the patio AND evening night caps with a sunset. Can’t wait to do it again!

Great place to stay!

We were at condo, 1220 Shores of Panama, The condo was great. Condo was Nice & clean with lots of upgrades. Wal Mart is within walking distance. Great views from balcony. Mr. Mateen stayed in contact with us to ensure all was well with our stay. Parking spaces were tight and elevators slow but not enough to deter us from booking again next year! Overall we had a fabulous vacation.

Awesome family condo!

We had an absolute blast staying in this unit. It was plenty of space for our family of 9. The owners were quick to respond when I had questions. The only drawback were the elevators. They took a while because of being on the 20th floor.

We had a beautiful condo on the 12th floor that over looked the pool , The owner was in contact with us to make sure everything was to our exceptions , he was more concerned about the ice maker not working then us we just bought ice no big deal, the place had everything we needed and smelled very clean when we entered due to the pandemic , though I still did some cleaning when we went in just because . Lol He is a very pleasant person to work with and we will definitely go back next year . Shores of Panama is highly recommended and right next door to pineapple Willy’s . I feel we booked as strangers and left as friends THANK YOU for a wonderful week .

Amazing!!

Everything about this condo was more than we could have asked for! There’s plenty of space and very clean! The views are breathtaking! Very easy to check in and out and good communication with the property manager. Only thing I would warn about is the resorts elevators which is no fault of the property manager. The condo is the 21st floor which is what makes the views so spectacular, but the elevators run very slow.. so plan accordingly! Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!

Beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed out week at the beach. The owners were super helpful in answering all our questions. The kitchen had all the essentials. We had plenty of room to spread out. The view and beach/pool access was amazing. I would maybe mention somewhere to bring your own paper products. There was one of everything - One paper towel roll, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one trash bag... We definitely had an amazing trip. The owners even sent us a list of restaurants and activities near by. Very helpful.

Great Owner, Great Vacation.

The condo was great, excellent wrap around deck overlooking the ocean! 3 bd, 3 ba at a great price! Mateen, the owner, is really what makes this a great booking. He is extremely helpful the entire way thru the process! He texted me the day before we left, gave me his personal cell and told me to to contact with him any questions. Very accommodating

I've never rented a condo from anyone before that was so accommodating as the owner of unit 2315. It was so refreshing to arrive and not have to have to deal with checking in after being on the road for 10yrs. Everything in our condo was just perfect and we had a wonderful relaxing time while staying at the Shores of Panama beach. I would definitely recommend renting this condo. Thank you !

Nice condo

This is a nice cozy condo. Owner is very good at communicating. Room was clean. Major plus that room comes with beach chair rentals. Could use more or different balcony furniture to be able to sit out and enjoy the views. Current balcony furniture is small and not very comfortable. No other complaints for the condo room itself. Reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because of the resort itself. Elevators constantly breaking down and not being fixed. When your on 23rd floor it’s a big deal. Resort faculty was not friendly or seemed to care about guest. But as for the condo itself I recommend.

Amazing experience, clean and beautiful, great host

We take our boys and their families on vacation once a year and try and book a place that is made for all ages. My husband and I enjoy the balcony, ocean front, and amazing views whilst our grand babies love the pools. This met our expectations and beyond! We made tons of new memories. Although the parking and elevators were a little time consuming at times, if you’re willing to have patience, not get in a hurry, and just enjoy the family time...this place is well worth it. As for the host, WOW, sums it up. Not once, not twice, but every single time we had questions they were quick to respond and provide us help. This gave us piece of mind and allowed for a worry free vacation knowing someone was clearly there to ensure we did. We can’t thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity to stay. OMG!

I almost hate to give my review because I don’t want this place to be harder for me to reserve next year! It is even more beautiful in person than what the pictures portray. The views are incredible and the sunsets from the balcony were unbelievable! Everything you could possibly need was provided including a Kurig and a regular coffee pot. The beds were amazing! Nothing like you would get in a normal rental! I can’t say enough about the owner, Mateen’s kindness. He is truly there for you to make sure your stay is everything you expected it to be. Spring Break 2019

I highly recommend this property for your next trip. I could not have chosen a better place for our spring break. The owner responded within the hour of booking. From that point, he remained in contact with me to ensure we had everything needed prior to arrival to avoid any delays in locating and entering the property. He also allowed us to enter the property as soon as the cleaning was finished which as a plus considering the 4 hours drive. The lighting in the pictures don't really depict how nice the place is. I loved the chic decor. Some places go the cheap route with decor and comfort; however, this owner has really taken the time to ensure this place has both. You can adjust the mattresses in two bedrooms, the sofa and loveseat recline, and there's plenty of bar space for six people to eat. It lists as two bedrooms, but there is a small area that holds a twin/double loft that two teenage girls slept in comfortably. Water sports such as jet skis were nearby. It took me 5-10 minutes to WALK to Walmart and the amusement part. Lastly, the view is amazing. You overlook the pool area but there's plenty of sea. 2018 Vacation

First off I want to say how great it was working with Tanya from Emerald Coast Vacations. She was totally awesome!! The condo was very nice and had a great view! The pictures on-line do not do it justice! The condo was well equipped. We only had a couple of issues...our sheets in the master was dirty and the lounge chairs in the living room were full of sand. I had to vacuum them but other than that the place was great. A big plus was the beds were very comfortable! Loved the balcony!!! The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. So the bad things...the parking garage was the worst I have ever been in! The spaces are not big enough to allow you to park and get out of the car(we have an SUV). We had to all get out before my son parked and thank goodness he is very skinny and was able to squeeze out the door after parking. We ended up going to the top floor every time instead of using our assigned spot because there was more room up there. Because the garage is so tight it took us about 20 mins to get out every night. Very stressful! Very disappointed that the hot tub outside was closed the entire time we were there. We never saw anyone working on it either so they didn't even try to get it back up and running the entire week. The elevators were slow and the wait time was usually 20 mins. With all that being said we had a great time and I will definitely use Emerald Coast Beach Vacations and Tanya again!!

Amazing condo

We have stayed at Shores of Panama 3 other times and this condo by far was the best. First of all from the king bed down to the bunks the beds are so comfortable, (last year somewhere else they were cheap and horrible and that effects your day) . The view is amazing, and we found elevators nearby where I never waited at all. The kitchen is well above board with a Keurig and normal coffee maker, plenty of skillets and utensils for cooking. The washer and dryer are like what you would have at home not those tinker toy ones that take forever to dry. We didn't use it but was surprised to see a rollaway in a closet. The little ones loved the bunkroom and the Netflix so I didnt have to watch and hear my little pony all night. The beach towels and chair were a pleasant touch and the little ones fought over the comfy rocking chair on the deck. We will be booking in the future!!!

Softball Nationals 2018

I loved this condo!!!! I can only say good things about it. It was so clean when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were the perfect size. The view was stunning! The pool was great. Access to the beach was perfect. Access from the 12th floor was perfect. Not one thing went wrong while we were there! It was located perfectly to get to all the softball fields and a plus that it was right next store to Pineapple Willy's. Thanks for the great place to stay on our softball vacation.
