Our quiet, gated community is a perfect place for a family stay with all of the amenities you could want including 11 pools (5 heated seasonally and one right on the beach), a full-service restaurant on the beach, putt putt, tennis courts, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more! In addition to those amenities and the hours of entertainment in your own back yard, there is a walking path from the resort leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater with restaurants, ice cream, bowling, pool, axe throwing and escape rooms! We are also just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, Wonder Works, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Ripley’s. We are also just 5 miles from all of the shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park!
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has:
Tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball courts, mini-golf, fitness room and 11 pools total, including 1 beachfront pool and 5 heated pools. Our townhouse is located directly across from one of the heated pools.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
GOLF CART Rental is available with a $250 Deposit and $50 per day or $300 per week. The usage for the Golf Cart is restricted to inside the Resort. Anyone driving it must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license. It is NOT street legal and you will receive a ticket for driving it outside the gates of the Resort. Any fee's, fines or towing or other costs in regards to your failure to abide by these rules are solely the responsibility of the person renting said Golf Cart. You will be required to sign a Release form before receiving the keys to the golf cart and the lock. The keys to the lock and the Golf Cart will be in a special lock box with a code on the front of the townhouse. Prior to check-out the Golf Cart will need to be covered back up and the extension cord used to charge it will need to be place on the shelf in the Laundry Room and the keys returned to the lock box and the numbers will need to be moved around and not left set at the code numbers. If keys are lost or not placed in the lock box you will be charged a $150.00 fee. If the extension cord is lost or stolen during your rental period you will be charged a $75.00 replacement fee for the extension cord.

We provide a neat, clean, comfortable atmosphere in our 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse for you to relax and enjoy your time in Panama City Beach. Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen for those guests that would rather eat in than dine out. We even have a Kuerig coffee maker, and of course a 12 cup coffee maker. We have in room private WI-FI for those guests that like to stay connected while on vacation. There is a full size washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. A comfortable Queen bed awaits in the upstairs master bedroom with a wall mounted tv for private relaxation. There is a comfortable queen bed and an XL twin size bed in the second bedroom as well as a flat screen tv with an Amazon Fire stick. There is an outside balcony off the master bedroom with chairs if you are an early bird that enjoys catching the sunrise, or just likes to sit outside with a drink and watch the sunset. The sunsets are normally beautiful.
The living room area features a wall mounted tv as well as a very comfy double leather recliner as well as a comfy leather sectional sofa downstairs. A bar area with a charging station outlet makes a perfect spot to sit and check your email or relax with your morning coffee.

.Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 24/7 gated community, centrally located and convenient to many restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling. The resort offers 11 pools (5 heated) until April 15) including one right outside our back door and maybe 100 feet to the right, and one right on the beach with snack bar for owners and guests only. It also has an 18 Hole Mini golf course (bring your own putters and balls), 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard (bring your own shuffleboard necessities) and playground. It’s just an easy 6-7 minute walk from our door, through gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk to the beach area. We have a beach pull-cart.
Downstairs there’s a 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer & dryer, a Large Flat Screen Smart tv with Amazon Fire and cable tv, you will find comfortable furniture (including sofa, and matching chair and another comfortable chair), kitchen with (fridge, dishwasher & gas stove) equipped with all cooking needs. The dining area offers seating for 4 along with an additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. You can relax on the patio or upstairs balcony. There’s an outdoor gas grill.
Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an XL twin bed in the second bedroom. (new comforters and linens), large closets with hangers and full bath. The master bedroom has a patio and cable tv!
We’ve also included for your vacation stay: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and toys, beach cart, tennis racquets and board games.
You can Park directly in front of your door with 1 designated parking space, if you have a small vehicle you may be able to park in the other parking spot that we have our Golf Cart parked sideways in (No waiting on elevators or crowds). This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy.
Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.
