Known for 320 days of annual sunshine and crystal white beaches, Panama City Beach continues to provide the premier backdrop for America's trending sports-cation experience. Thanks to state-of-the-art facilities, fields and courts, the destination is projected to welcome over 2,500 athletic teams this year alone, along with an additional 16,000 individual competition athletes.

Many activities take place at Frank Brown Park, the main sports facility equipped with nine baseball and softball diamonds, three soccer fields, four multi-purpose football fields, four tennis courts, walking trails, indoor gymnasium and an aquatic center featuring a temperature-controlled Olympic-size pool. Additionally, three full size multi-purpose fields have recently been developed at Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater site, just steps from the Pier Park shopping center.

"After making substantial investments, Panama City Beach is proud to be home to world-class facilities drawing thousands of athletes each year," shares Visit Panama City Beach President and CEO Dan Rowe. "The proximity of these fields and venues to our award-winning beaches make it easy for fans to turn their support for their favorite team into a much needed vacation."
