Panama City Beach Food & Drink Festivals
Known as the seafood capital of the south and home to a dynamic local dining scene with options to suit every taste, Panama City Beach’s cuisine is second to none. Throughout the year, food and drink festivals dot the calendar and showcase the region’s rich culinary offerings while offering family-friendly fun. One of the highlights of the year is the UNwineD festival, held each spring in Aaron Bessant Park and featuring culinary creations from many of Northwest Florida’s renowned chefs, along with some of the best craft beer, spirits and wine from around the world. The event also includes a live concert in the park and a picnic.
Other can’t-miss food and drink events throughout the year include the region’s largest Lobster Festival taking place every September, featuring live music, contests and lots of delicious Florida lobster. The destination is also home to a yearly Shrimp, Crab and Oyster Festival showcasing some of the famous gulf seafood that Panama City Beach is best known for with dishes to try from Pier Park restaurants. Finally, Panama City Beach also hosts a festival that celebrates one of the region’s most popular beverages, the annual Blood Mary & Music Festival in October, with 20 local businesses competing for the coveted distinction of the best Bloody Mary on the beach!
