Many travel to Panama City Beach for our selection of fresh seafood straight from the gulf, but what they don't realize, is we also love to cater to our vegan guests.

Finn's Barista Bar & Snack Shack is the place to go for all things vegan. Their wide selection of toasts and acai bowls makes this trendy coffee shop popular with vegans and non-vegans alike. Their avocado toast is drizzled with rosemary olive oil and sprinkled with black salt and chipotle flakes for the perfect bite of savory with a hint of heat. One of their more popular bowls, the bees knees, is made with nut milk, peanut butter, banana and more for a vegan-friendly option straight from your childhood. They also serve Noli South Kombucha, which is made locally right here in Panama City Beach. If you need a caffeine boost, grab one of their roasted coffees with the organic syrup of your choice. You can find this cozy spot in Mr. Surf's Surf Shop located on Thomas Drive.

Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar is well known for it's large variety of vegan options. Tucked away in the back of Zen Garden, it's easy to find peace and relaxation while sipping on one of their homemade juices and looking over the greenery. Lotus Cafe's beach juice is made with carrot, apple, beet, lemon and ginger and is sure to get you ready for your vacation here in Panama City Beach. They offer snacks like hummus, and even seed cheese, made with sunflower or pumpkin seeds and 100% vegan. Their all-organic menu of vegan food allows you to add tofu, tempeh or veggie burger to any meal.

Freshii takes fast food and gives it a healthy twist. Known for their fresh salads and bowls, their bowls can be customized for all of your vegan needs. Many are already vegan-friendly like the buddha's satay, with a base of rice noodles and topped with fresh veggies and a drizzle of spicy peanut sauce. They offer tofu, falafel and beyond meat crumbles to be added to any bowl, salad or wrap. You can find this delicious spot in Pier Park.

The Pour is another local coffee shop known for its vegan bites and comfy couches. You can enjoy a hot coffee while lounging on one of the many couches and chairs around the cafe. Their veggie'wch sandwich is stuffed with fresh veggies like cucumber, tomatoes and avocado, and spread with hummus. They also offer avocado toast with crushed red pepper and a lemon wedge. They're open for breakfast and lunch so be sure to swing by for a yummy meal before hitting the beach. This cozy spot is a non-profit, so their profits go directly toward helping bring sustainable change in our community. The Pour is located off Front Beach Road.
