Cool Off At The Frank Brown Park Aquatic Center
Swim a few laps, take the kiddos to the splash pad, or join an aquatic fitness class. PCB’s aquatic center offers something for everyone. There’s a year-round outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, a newly revamped splash pad and kiddie pool, and springboard diving. Classrooms, pavilions, showers, and locker rooms are also available.
Compete on the Sports Fields & Courts
Frank Brown Park has nine tournament-level softball and baseball fields, one Miracle League field, six soccer fields, two basketball courts, four tennis courts, and an indoor gymnasium with a basketball court. There are also indoor and outdoor pickleball courts available for open play. Ample amenities such as concessions, restrooms, and wide paved pathways make the sports fields accessible for everyone. Service dogs are allowed if you’d like to bring Fido along.
Shaded Playgrounds to Escape From Sun
Kids love the playgrounds at Frank Brown Park. Enjoy four shaded play areas, some of which are fenced in to help you closely monitor your little ones. A large playground pavilion features picnic tables, perfect for hosting birthday parties and end-of-season sports banquets.
Hike & Bike Through the Park
Hike or bike through the park’s 3.5 miles of well-paved nature trails. The trailhead connects to Gayle’s Trails–a 20-mile loop that runs through the city. The barrier-free pathways are accessible for people of all ages and abilities and are pet friendly, too!
Teach Your Kids to Fish
There are fewer memories in life more precious than standing with your child on a grassy knoll under a shady tree while casting a line into the water. Kiddos 16 and under can fish for bass, bream, and catfish for free at Frank Brown Park. Adults accompanying youth are welcome to participate if they have a freshwater fishing license.
Play With Your Pet
Bring your fur baby and enjoy three separate dog park areas–one for elderly dogs of all sizes, one for high-energy dogs, and one with a lakeside view. Enjoy covered pavilions with picnic tables and benches, watering stations, and plenty of fenced-in space to run.

Frank Brown Park hosts some of the area’s top annual events at their 22-acre festival site.
