With Gulf views stretching as far as the eye can see, meet at Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center for a quintessential beach vacation, and mix business with pleasure. Boardwalk has over 40,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor meeting space. The convention center alone is 20,000-plus square feet and features a grand ballroom and nine breakout rooms, accommodating up to 3,000 guests. Other meeting spaces include a gazebo, sunset pavilion, pools, the beach, a meeting room and boardroom, and two outdoor decks. The Panama City Beach Event Center at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort offers over 32,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space with the backdrop of the Gulf. The center has several ballrooms; the largest one is over 13,365 square feet. The conference center can accommodate groups of 10 up to 1,000 guests.
SpringHill Suites Panama City Beach Beachfront features 10,832 square feet of event space, including seven venue options, such as the Beach Garden, with Gulf views. SpringHill can accommodate up to 350 guests during any given event.
With over 1,500 square feet of meeting space, including two meeting rooms, start the day in a room and end it lounging on the beach or pool at Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Beachfront.
At Hyatt Place Panama City Beach/ Beachfront, you can host a meeting or social event in the indoor-outdoor events space, featuring an outdoor terrace and indoor space totaling 1,316 square feet.
